Before the Jane® journey I had words for the things I was good at — but I couldn’t explain why. The assessment and validation conversation finally gave me a grip on that.

What I took away above all: I now know what gives me energy and what drains me, and I can explain it to those around me. That helped me make more conscious choices in my work at Rabobank.
