As a certified coach I work with Jane® because in my practice I see that people only really start moving when they see and understand their own talents. The Jane® Talent Methodology offers that insight at a deep level.
I use the methodology for very different questions — from employees who get stuck, to starters looking for direction, to people in outplacement or reintegration. The starting point is always the same: who someone is, not what they do.
